Breakfast

Breakfast has certainly changed over the years. My grandparents either had oatmeal or flapjacks (pancakes) and coffee for breakfast. My mother remembers having a slice of bread in a bowl of milk with sugar. When I was a kid, we had boxed cereal. Now our breakfasts range from fresh fruit and yogurt to heavy bacon and eggs meals. Here’s an example of what folks were eating in the early 1900’s.
