A Charles Hayden descendant (Elizabeth Davis) contacted me to confirm that the marriage took place in Oneida County, New York and probably closest to Rome, Steuben, or Western.)

Found this information recently:

I have come across the grave of an Ebenezer Martin. He died Nov 20, 1841, age 80, in the Town of Sweden, County of Monroe, State of New York. He was a Massachusetts Continental who served in the American Revolution. He is listed as a Pvt. He was from Mansfield Massachusetts. He is most likely connected to the Rehoboth, Massachusetts Martins. He is buried in the Beach Ridge Cemetery, Sec. 1, Lot 79 in Brockport, New York. Hope someone can make use of this information. This can not be our Ebenezer Sr. or Jr. as the dates don’t match. But thought it might be helpful for someone.
