- Giles Pierce born August 24, 1701 in Rhode Island and died December 22, 1763 married Comfort Nichols.
- Phillip Pierce born March 9, 1703 and married Frances Nichols and they had at least one child, Mary.
- Elizabeth Pierce born February 6, 1705 married William Sweet.

- Jeremiah Pierce born February 18, 711 and married twice, to Frances Unknown and second to Elizabeth Hanks (1710-1790). Elizabeth was the daughter or Benjamin Hanks and Abigail Heiford. They had at least one child, Isaac Pierce (1740-1791).
- John Pierce born March 9, 1713 and married Elizabeth Weaver.
- William Pierce born August 18, 1716 in Rhode Island.
- James Pierce born October 30, 1719.
